The revised dual brake plate uses a yellow zinc steel plate with bronze bushings. The earlier plate was cast aluminum. This plate comes without the bolt holes for the axle drilled. This allows customized installation for caliper orientation that best suits the customer installation. The bolt circle for the WHLA1A axle is etched in the face of the plate for easier alignment during installation drilling.
